This is NOT an official mix. These are just a bunch of
simfiles downloaded, tested to make sure they were perfect, and then
wrote the descriptions. I did not make the simfiles and give credit to
their creators!
All of these files are .zip, so you need winzip to unzip all of these files.
However, I recommend you download winrar because you can unzip files that are
.zip and .rar and there are some .rar files out there. Go to http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm.com
(and click on winrar 3.51 - under all of the beta versions in the middle of the
page) to download winrar.
How to unzip these files: Right click on the file and choose "extract to
folder [name of the file]"
How to put them into Stepmania: After you download Stepmania, drag them into
the "songs" folder and make sure you put into a titled folder within the "songs"
folder or else it will not work.
*= contains a video
(L)= the song takes up 2 stages (over 3 minutes)
(M)= the song takes up 3 stages (over 5 minutes)
B = beginner
L = light
S = standard
H = heavy
O = oni (challenge)
*Asterik (beginning of song)
Artist: Orange Range
Length of song: 1:30
BPM: 124
L: 3 footer ; 168 steps ; The notes are on a steady beat (a bunch of quarter
notes) with a small break in the middle (when it gets to a part with Kon Orange
Bear). It is to the beat of the song without all the fast stuff.
S: 5 footer ; 227 steps ; No super long streams of eighth notes here, a small
break in the same part as light mode, and this mode pretty much establishes the
main beat of the song.
H: 8 footer ; 318 steps ; There are many jumps and there are eighth notes in
place of the 16th notes
O: 10 footer ; 456 steps ; This song is not very easy to do on the pad because it goes pretty
much exactly to the beat of the song, so best of luck trying to complete on the
pad. It is possible though! I actually have passed it on my feet (6-22-06) so

Asterik (end of song)
Artist: Orange Range
Length of song: 2:03
BPM: 128
L: Does NOT exist, so ignore it!
S: 9 footer ; 537 steps ; This is almost the same exact thing as heavy,
but with more jumps and easier combinations
H: 9 footer ; 537 steps ; This song probably isn't a 10 footer because
unlike in the beginning of the song, there aren't any triplets in the middle of
the "gallops" and there are less 16th notes, but I do deem this song as a
10 footer! And why are there the same amount of steps here as there are in
standard?

Boss Machine
Artist: DM Ashura
Length of song: 2:10
BPM: 160
L: 4 footer ; 227 steps ; On beat steady quarter notes with some freezes
in logical places
S: 6 footer ; 293 steps ; On beat with some freezes, jumps, and added
small eighth note runs
H: 7 footer ; 399 steps ; This mode establishes the main rhythm of the
song for the most part, just without the 16th notes!
O: 9 footer ; 517 steps ; Tons of jumps and freezes and this song is not
to the exact beat of the song (like the FFR version) because that would be kind of
exhausting to do on your feet!
Other notes: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Boss Theme and the song is from FFR

eX Dream
Artist: Myuji
Length of song: 1:23
BPM: 130-300 (goes to about 145 at the beginning, slows down to 130 a
little into the song, then goes back to 145 2/3 of the way through the song,
then there is a pause, and then it goes to 300)
O: 10 footer ; 162 steps ; This song has way too many freeze arrows and
jumps. I bet this song is a 10 footer because the BPM is so fast. Technically
speaking, the song is not very hard at all.

Guri Guri
Artist: Hiromi Sato
Length of song: 1:40
BPM: 188
H: 8 footer ; 445 steps ; Most of this song is made up of on beat eighth
note runs with a few 16th note triplets embedded inside the song. There are
freezes, lots of jumps, and about 2/3 of the way into the song, the song starts
to get more onto the exact beat of the song instead of having tons of eighth
note runs, but there are still some towards the end. I would have guessed from
first sight that this song was a 9 footer.

(L)Fukai Mori
Artist: Do As Infinity
Length of song: 4:07
BPM: 293 (I don't see speed ups anywhere!)
H: 8 footer ; 535 steps ; It says the BPM goes up to 440 but I don't
see a speed up! Also, this song goes exactly to the beat of the song, but about
half way into the song and almost at the end there is an eighth note run in each
of those spots that last for a couple of seconds that supposedly "spice up" the
song a bit to not make it just plain and dull.

*Invoke
Artist: T.M. Revolution
Length of Song: 1:32
BPM: 20-152 (about 80 at the very beginning, slows down to 20 for suspense, and
then goes to 152 for the rest of the song)
H: 7 footer ; 223 steps ; The freeze arrows are put in good places and there are
very few 16th's (they are triplets), but they flow well with the song. I bet this song is only a
7 footer because the 8th note runs aren't that long and they are for the most
part between only 2 different arrows. Also, this part in the middle right before
the chorus (about 2 measures of music) of the song contains a bunch of jumps and
other things that are just quite difficult to do. That part is probably the
hardest part in the song.
